A vs B
The “A vs B” box compares two or three products area by area and says who comes out ahead where – using data sheet values only. With the comparison picker, readers build their own comparison.
In all plans

What it does
- A short verdict per area, with the better value marked
- “Who should buy which” and FAQ with FAQPage markup
- Verdicts only from values given for every product
- Your own comparison pages with canonical, breadcrumbs and sitemap entry
- Comparison picker: readers search for up to five products and see the table
How affilinode decides
The products sit at the top with price and button, followed by a short verdict and the values side by side for each area of the product type. Only values given for every product are judged, and the direction comes from the product type – more battery capacity, less weight, yes for NFC. Numbers only count from a 5 % difference; below that it says “Level”.
Conclusions and questions are fixed sentence patterns filled with the documented values. No AI makes up values; only the optional comparison text from the central database is written prose.

Your own comparison pages
Under Settings → Product pages you choose a page for comparisons and enter the comparison pairs, one per line; suggestions from your site’s products appear below. Each pair gets its own address with canonical, breadcrumbs along the category hubs and an entry in the sitemap of WordPress, Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
Only pairs you enter get a page, and unknown addresses return a 404 – no automatically generated thin pages.
Comparison picker for readers
With [affilinode_compare_picker], readers search for products of one type and add them; the comparison table with “Show differences only” appears below. You set the maximum number of products and can pass a preselection.
Examples
Two products head to head.
[affilinode_versus a="…" b="…"]Three products with three questions and your own heading.
[affilinode_versus ids="…" faq="3" title="Three-way showdown"]Comparison picker for up to five smartphones.
[affilinode_compare_picker type="smartphone" max="5"]Good to know
- Amazon policy 6(y): the “Price” area is left out as soon as a best price comes from Amazon and there is no written exception. The products’ prices stay visible.
- The questions become schema.org FAQPage when “FAQ as structured data” is on; per box you control this with schema="0" or "1".
- Search terms typed into the comparison picker go to the affilinode API via your server – without IP addresses or cookies.
- On AMP pages the comparison picker only shows the preselected comparison.
Which shops you can use depends on the plan.
