Earnings
affilinode shows you which posts, boxes, products and affiliate programmes make money. The figures come from the networks’ reports, not from tracking of its own.
In all plans
What it does
- Commission, orders and clicks per day, website, shop, product or post
- A “Commission (30 days)” column in the WordPress post list
- Figures for the post right in the editor
- Earnings per box type
- Weekly report in the dashboard and by e-mail
- Download tables as CSV
In the dashboard
Connect your accounts under Earnings → Accounts. affilinode then imports Awin automatically every day. Amazon and eBay offer no interface for this – you upload their reports as CSV.
Then pick the period and the breakdown, for example by website, shop, product or article, and download the table as CSV if you need it. The weekly report sums up the past week; with “Weekly report by e-mail to me” it also arrives by e-mail on Mondays.
Per post in WordPress
The post and page lists get a “Commission (30 days)” column with the commission per post and currency, with the open and cancelled amounts below. In the editor, the box “affilinode: figures for this post” shows the commission by status – confirmed, open, cancelled – and the EPC wherever the network reports clicks.
Under affilinode → Reporting you see this website’s clicks, orders, revenue and commission per post, day, shop or product, plus “Most commission” and “Weak boxes”: boxes that get at most half as many clicks in one post as elsewhere.
Per box type
The plugin writes the box type into the links: into clickref4 for Awin and at the end of the custom ID for eBay. Group by box type in the reports to see clicks, orders, revenue and commission per layout – from the same network reports as the figures per post.
Amazon reports only know the tracking ID. There, a separate tracking ID per post or box assigns the earnings.
Good to know
- Amounts in different currencies are never converted.
- Only clicks after the plugin update carry the post and box in the sub-ID. Older transactions count for the website, but not for a post.
- The “Commission (30 days)” column and the plugin’s reports are only visible from the editor role up. In the dashboard, owners and admins set up the accounts.
Which shops you can use depends on the plan.
